It is that time of year again where the Rapaura Tennis Club are due to open their grass courts for another season. Opening Day will be held on Saturday the 29th of September at 1 PM and everyone is welcome.
Rapaura Tennis Club once again welcomes children, interested in playing tennis, to our Junior Coaching Programme (Including Hotshots) held at the Club on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, starting next term on the 17th and 18th of October 2018.
This will be a great opportunity for Primary Saturday teams to get some practice and coaching in, at the same time.
Coaching will take place from 3.15 - 5.15 on both Wednesday & Thursday afternoons and the registration days for these will be on Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 October respectively.
Fees are - $50 per child ($40 each additional child in family) for the Season.
Eveline Apthorp - van der Linden (Tennis NZ registered and certified) and Judy Shanahan will be conducting the coaching sessions again at the Rapaura Tennis Club courts on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, as per the following format:
Wednesday (Eveline): 3.15 - 4.15 (7 & 8yrs) 4.15 - 5.15 (Advanced: 9+ yrs)
Thursday (Eveline): 3.15 - 4.15 (8 & 9yrs) 4.15 - 5.15 (10 yrs +)
Thursday (Judy): 3.15 - 4.15 (4-6yrs Novice) 4.15 - 5.15 (5&6yrs 2nd Season)
There will be some flexibility which group a child attends, please discuss this with the coaches at time of registration.
Term fee will be $50 for first child and $40 each additional child in family.
