Marlborough’s new harbourmaster Luke Grogan says it’s a free, family-friendly day where there’ll be a chance to meet the crews of these vessels and see what they do.
Climb aboard NIWA’s research vessel, take a look through the Coastguard’s marine ambulance or step onto Maritime New Zealand’s oil spill response vessel.
It will be a day of fun for all the family with spot prizes and giveaways.
