Music Academy notices have been sent home this week with every student. You can also download them below.
Mr Pauling is auctioning one of his very own hand made guitars to raise funds for our new Court.
If you are in the market for a guitar or just want to support our school check out the auction on Trade Me. The link has been shared on our Facebook page also, please spread the word and share it with everyone you know. Let's get this court built! There has been a flurry of work towards the Honours Programme this term, especially during November, with students trying to complete the requirements for their badge. Dear students, you have made a tremendous effort… but… next year there will be a cut off date each term to avoid any mad rush! It is better for everyone when all is calm, all is bright
We have had many students involved in a variety of areas in the school and community. It is heartening to see them trying new activities for their badge, gaining new skills, helping others and growing in the process. We hope some areas become a more permanent part of your lifestyle. The final Honours Badge Awards ceremony will be part of the Certificate Ceremony held on Friday December 11th at 1.30pm. Both you and your child will be notified this week if they will be a Badge Recipient. I hope you have a blessed and peaceful time over the holidays (amongst the fun of course) and I look forward to seeing refreshed faces in 2021. Ngā mihi Tina Connor Thank you to all who supported Bailey and her Combined Colleges Water Polo Team fundraiser. She raised $344 from the Sausage Sizzle and Bouncy Castle day last week.
We wish Bailey and her team all the best. |
