Reading Book List

It is always good to read to your children.  It does many great things for them including

  •  Opening their minds and imaginations

  •  Exposing them to new words and contexts

  •  Establishing a love of books in them

  •  Building wonderful relationships with them.

The following book lists are a guide to what books would be appropriate at various age levels.  The list is not exhaustive, but provides initial direction.  You need to give them a varied diet and especially choose books that they really enjoy.  Series are also a good idea, as children tend to love them.
